Swift is a highly competitive full-service track club that trains elite performing athletes in sprints, middle distance, distance, jumps, hurdles or throws. We ensure that each coach is onsite and prepared to effectively train your athlete. San Antonio SWIFT has a strong history of developing the states best talent and preparing them for a national platform. Our team works hard to ensure the success of all our athletes.

Q: When will SWIFT hold tryouts for the 2025 Track & Field Season?
A: Due to the significant growth our program, we will NOT be holding tryouts this season. Instead, we will be implementing a new standard for welcoming and evaluating elite new athletes wishing to join SWIFT.
Q: Why does SWIFT limit the number of athletes on the team?
A: San Antonio SWIFT believes in quality over quantity. We want to provide each athlete with a quality experience. This means that we must keep specific coach to athlete ratios.
This ensures each athlete gets the attention they deserve for training and development.
Q: Why is SWIFT limited to only specific athletes this season?
A: Although we would love to take all athletes. We have grown significantly and have limited space available. Therefore, we need to be respectful and limit team capacity. This allows the administration and team to run safely and efficiently.
Q: How can I be apart of the SWIFT Team if there are no try-outs?
A: New athletes wishing to join the team can complete our online standards review form.

Q: If I previously participated in SWIFT XC, or was a part of the 2024 Track team does that mean that I am automatically on the team?
A: San Antonio SWIFT is a competitive track team. All positions are earned. Past affliation with the team does NOT guarantee a place on the track team. Team spots are based on each speciality coach's review of the submitted standards review form, coach's decision, spot availability, and NOT past affiliation with the team, familial relationships or friendships do.
Q: Where does SWIFT plan to train for the 2025 Track & Field season?
A: Antonian College Preparatory High School* is the main training location for San Antonio SWIFT. However, this can change due to track availability.

Q: What days and times does SWIFT train?
A: SWIFT trains Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00pm -7:30pm.
All athletes are expected to be on time and ready to train.
Q: When is the SWIFT Track & Field Season?
A: SWIFT will begin training the March 24 - July 31.
